Request Variable

The tutorial on HTML editor, How to do it at stage 4. Create Request.Form variables says:"..open the BIndings Panel, click + and select Request Variable".The Request Variable is not in my bindings panel.
Anyone have any idea why?

what server model are you using? Have you upgraded to the latest DMX version?
