Hello. I am working on a page for our library which requires that a user read and understand a copyright agreement before proceeding to the download page. Is there a way that I can restrict a downlaod page from opening directly--only after the user has clicked "I AGREE"? Just wondering if anyone knows the best way to handle this? Thanks in advance!

Probably a JS (JavaScript) function, requiring the button to be pressed, then calls a JS function to load the file, then the users' browser will prompt the user about downloading the file.

Other than that, a middle-page, they click and it'll process that page, then show a link to download or whatever.
